Walla Walla: Medium to large bulb, good for storage.

Red: Classic red onion

Spanish Yellow

White Lisbon Bunching does not produce bulbs but stays as a bunching onion.

These varieties are pre-started in  601 containers. 601 means you receive a pack that is broadcast seeded, all the onions grow in one container, approximately 24-30 onion starts in each container. Transplant to rich fertile garden soil and water to establish. Onions transplant well and barely know they have been moved! 

Onion Set Varieties:

Spanish Onion Sets- Produces large mild onions.

Shallot Sets -  Produces multiple Shallots from one bulb. Mild, sweet type of Allium used much like onions.

Multiplier Onion Sets - Produces smaller onions but keeps on producing many from one bulb.

Water both seedling and sets adequately during the summer to grow large bulbs.
