General Information: 

Sage thrives in well-drained soil and loves sunshine. It requires at least 6-8 hours of direct sunlight per day. 

Sage prefers dry conditions and moderate watering. Regular pruning helps promote bushier growth and prevents the plant from becoming woody. Garden sage will often overwinter in Manitoba's climate.

Sage leaves can be harvested as needed once the plant is established. Simply snip off the desired amount of leaves, leaving at least two sets of leaves on the stem to encourage new growth.
